1. Digital products

All products sold on PrimeHubStore are digital goods delivered electronically. Because files are delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final except where a product is materially defective, undeliverable, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Licensing

Unless a product listing states otherwise, purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use it. Reselling, redistributing, or re-uploading a purchased product as your own is not permitted.

3. Download limits

Each purchase includes a limited number of downloads and a limited validity window, both shown on the product page. If you exhaust your downloads or the link expires, contact support with your order number for assistance.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Coupons and promotions

Coupon codes are subject to the conditions shown at checkout (minimum order value, expiry, usage limits) and may be withdrawn or modified at any time before use.
